To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be proven that the product have quality problems or wrong item received. Also, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product colours may slightly different due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings, so that's not eligible for a return / exchange / refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at asj.custservice1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
