REFUND POLICY

1. What do I do if an item from my delivery is missing or defective?

Please send us email at asj.custservice1@gmail.com for assistance. For parcel orders, any damage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving the order. Please don't assemble the item when you find it defective.
We would require you to submit a clear photo of the damaged parts, inner packaging and outer packaging of the parcel within 24 hours to us in order to expedite the claims process.
You will be required to return the damaged or defective items to the courier service branch using the Return Shipping Label provided.

2. How do I return or exchange an item?

To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be proven that the product have quality problems or wrong item received. Also, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Product colours may slightly different due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings, so that's not eligible for a return / exchange / refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at asj.custservice1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. How soon will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we might request your bank account details to proceed refunds. Please understand it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. What is warranty policy?

Product warranty will be responsible for the repair or replacement of components, however, maintenance fees (including processing fees, transportation fees, labor costs, etc.) shall be charged as appropriate. Product maintenance refers to repairing the product to a usable state. The following repairs are at the customers charge even during warranty period:-- Damages caused by fire or other natural disasters-- Damages caused by customer’s improper use or arbitrary refit.
